Xam discovered why her recently acquired house was so cheap (even including its decrepit state) - it was haunted. With the help of Sidon, Jung Fei, Shimmer, Giovanne, and their new companion, Cid, they solved the problem, and discovered a secret smuggler's cave in the process.

After a series of grisly ritualistic murders, Giovanne and the rest prevent the mad wizard from claiming his final victim and summoning a demon.

Cid, Jung Fei, and Xam were hired by Evamorielatha to assassinate Major Jirimix. Which they did, Jung Fei filling the victim with Ephemeral Bolts.
